Julia Yawn joined Primary Pediatrics in 2013 and serves as a pediatric nurse practitioner. She graduated from the University of Georgia in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Development. In 2007, she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Valdosta State University. She later completed the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program at Georgia State University in 2012. Julia has more than a decade of pediatric experience, working as a pediatric RN at the Medical Center Navicent Health for nearly six years before joining Primary Pediatrics. She’s married to her husband Thomas and together they have three children. She attends Ingleside Baptist Church where her family enjoys serving together. In her free time, she loves photography, home DIY projects, and being outdoors with her family.
