Our pediatricians establish lasting relationships with your family and walk with you through your child’s health care journey, caring for newborns to 21-year-olds. Our physicians are deeply committed to the practice, and many now treat the children and grandchildren of previous patients.

Our Practice History
Primary Pediatrics boasts a storied history of providing innovative care to children in Middle Georgia. After recognizing the growing need for after hours pediatric care for working parents, a group of pediatricians teamed up to open an after-hours clinic in 1989 on Riverside Drive in Macon.
In 1991, those same founding doctors built on the growing success of the after hours clinic and began construction of a new building on Professional Drive in Macon. This office officially opened in 1992 with four doctors, each still in private practices.
In 1998, Primary Pediatrics was officially formed and consisted of three partners and one hired physician, treating patients during regular office hours and after hours. The practice continued to thrive and served as a key training partner with The Medical Center Navicent Health.
Today, Primary Pediatrics has grown to serve Middle Georgia families with five locations and dozens of pediatric health specialists.
